Alliance — Complaint against service provider | |||||
Our Service provider Dolon Communication has been providing service for the last 1 year. Unfortunately we are plagued with the service and attitude for providing service. Every single day the line goes off for over 2-3 hours working hours. The seem to have an alibi for each occasion. In spite of request all seems to fall on deaf ears. We have opted for a one year subscription only because they lacked professional attitude of monthly collection. Now our concern is whether or not we should continue with Alliance.
