Please note that from yesterday afternoon onwards my wi-fi connection is dead. And for several times i tried to connect to the concerned person but he was not taking my call and from today morning he has diverted his call. Please take this issue very seriously because i read from online classes like nptel on other. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest... Was this information helpful? | |||

I have always paid my bills online that too before the date of renewal if I am doing my job by paying the full amount every month I should get a service like that. But the opposite is happening with me, there is no connection from past 3 days even no one is answering/picking up the call (the numbers provided on the page).

Internet providers here in coochbehar are bad they give 1mbps speed and charge 750/ month i hope alliance broadband comes here.
worst service. Connection is dead almost on a daily basis from approx. 11 pm. repeated complaints to the local service provider has been fruitless.
