I Prasanta Chatterjee, My user ID is prasantac_nl from last Wednessday (14.09.2016) problem my broadband connection. Several times I Call and Also Physically meet the Local Dealer Mr. Barun Das (North Satellite link) in Paikpara and also Call Your Customer Care for complaint lodge 4 times, all times They assured that Technical person send by till now any technicall person send to resolve the problem. I have pay already pay next 3 month subscription upto 05.12.2016. I don’t know what is your problem. So request you to please refund my subscription amount and disconnection my line.
