[Resolved]  Alliance — customer care executive and local operator are not resolving problem

I am complaining from the last one month or even more of bad connectivity. The customer care executive told me that the problem might be from the local operator. The executive assured me that my complaint is forwarded to the local operator but any of them haven't visited or contacted me yet. I have complaint 4-5 times for this issue but everytime the customer care executive response me with the same resolution which is not resolve yet.

Hello I live in bandel, pin 712123, client id: [protected]. I am getting 5-10% loss regularly inspite of telling my ISP day by day. If you can help me I will be thankful.

I have buy internet broadband connection 19.07.2019
but still not connection configured properly and there are so many harassment from local operator.
they are deny
so that i am register this complain
