Please be informed that I Rajiv Pradhan
had taken your broadband connection since october last year..I had requested
to change the Customer ID [protected] under my name but still is in the earlier clients name..I have requested Kulung communication numerous times for the change of client name but they are giving lame reasons that it cannot be changed from their end or it will take long time...6 months is too much...kindly look on to the matter at the earliest..
