Alliance — disconnection and negligence in service | |||
I have been chasing with alliance broadband for weeks for the issues of frequent disconnection. Every time i raise a complaint, customer care executive calls. Asks me to connect the jack directly to laptop taking out from the router. They ask to ping the gateway and see the result. During the call i keep them informed about the status. Sometimes in can connect and later it can not. Then they say that they will look into it. And from there nothing happens and few days later they close the ticket. The same loop is going on for ever with no solution. No service engineer ever visited y place for checking the issue. Please look into the issue and help e getting the service i pay for.
