Alliance — discontinued internet service for long duration even after paying the subscription and repeated complaint lodging

I have been a customer of alliance broadband for long duration and i am paying each month on time but the service frequently gets disconnected and service provider is not at all bothered to repair even after repeated calling. Instead he behaves badly. I am totally upset with the service and i have no choice but to unsubscribe from the service with this kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude.
