Alliance — Everyday outage of Services

Hi Team, Again today it's down now for last 30mins. Now every day if it's down for some hours why I pay for the connection??? Can someone look into it seriously. This is ridiculous. Last 10days more than 70hrs outage. Alliance services all over Kolkata & I have friends in many place who uses this & they hardly face this kind of issue what I face in this area. Can you check with your local operator & ask them why so many outage???? In addition in last 10days at least 5 days it was down for more than 12hrs/14hrs each time stating due to machine down etc. SInce yesterday 8.30pm till now it is down. This is very very unprofessional for Internet service which should 24*7. How to maintain your service up & running that is your problem but I services should not be hampered so frequently & so lengthy period.
