Alliance — Frequent Internet disconnection | |||
This is to notify that after amphan alliance broadband connection is very unstable. From last 48 hours i am facing internet connectivity issues. Got call from alliance bb toll free number 5 times today, no one is able to share the resolution or tat. All are mentioning work under progress will take time but how long none of them can answer. Yesterday issue occurred i logged complaint today to see and give some time to them to work, but it is now 48 hours has passed and they are still asking for time. Don't know when the issue will resolve. It is now better that i change my isp, after amphan lots of issues cropped up with alliance. And the customer service is just clueless of the issue and it's resolution time. Attaching all the snapshot which i have logged with alliance in last few months. The service is getting worse day on day. We are paying the isp but not able to work hassle free. Due to this pandemic situation we all are working from home and in such situation broadband connection is a must need. Please look into this as a serious concern from a consumer. The harassment we face is an added concern. Either fix this issue with immediate effect else extend the validity to compensate. We as a consumer appealing you before logging a complaint in consumer forum. I already have all the recorded conversation from the lco and toll free number. Was this information helpful? | |||
