I stay in murshidabad ... i want to take alliance broadband so .i am trying to reach the provider but they are not interested to give me the connection i was going to them from last 15 days..but still they did not give any positive feedback ... very bad service provider ever i saw...hopeless Was this information helpful? | |||||

Their customer care is pathetic.They dont even answer your calls.The internet was down since last night.It came up this afternoon at 12.00 pm.The local ISP says we do not know anything call Alliance.Alliance does not answer the phone.I pay for 30 days in advance.If I am not able to use the service for 1 day they should compensate me for the same.
