Currently, my package is prime plus, but i'm not getting the internet speed as it should be given. I want this to be fixed as soon as possible. This problem has been prevailing for a long time, and inspite of repeated complaints, it has not been resolved. I would be compelled to take necessary legal actions if it's not looked after as soon as possible.

Alliance Broadband customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have complained 3 times, yet not resolved, the connection is not there after the 2nd complain, the same was automatically restored,
this has happened earlier and guys took 200 rs, this is the 2nd time in 1 month
this is becoming a regular affair
