I am Naveen Kumar booked flat in Alliance Pallavaram, new project. Initial Payment of 2L done on 12th May '15 for new flat going to start near pallavarm. Payment Refund requested on the month of 8th Aug '15. As per commitment made between the Alliance and me in 120 days amount will be refunded back. Till now there is no response from those people, sending mail on mail, In peer discussion on chennai office with those people they said "we will return back the money within one month because request is in under progress". Very poor customer service, don't rely on those people. Same alliance people got the payment from me in 1 day when i informed and collected the amount from my home, now can't able to give a single reply among 25 mails sent across. Atrocious activity, no communication, this gives clear definition of their support in future after buying the flat. My drop request now crossed more than 150 days.

We booked a flat in Alliance Belvedere. The amounts at time of signing the contract were totally different from what was showcased by the sales persons. With much difficulty, unable to cancel the project as we would lose the booking amount, we transferred it to the Alliance Belvedere project. The troubles continued. The plot size and location changes after 6 months and that too 2 times and we are not communicated. The CRM team has such a bad attitude. There is absolutely no response to mails or calls. We are even now not given a choice to cancel the project because we signed an agreement. How can only part of the agreement for not refunding booking amount hold good when the plot size and location change two times????? My advice to alll readers who are planning to book any projects of Alliance Infrastructure www.alliancein.com, please do not fall in to the trap.

We booked a flat from Alliance Projects @ ORCHID SPRINGS, Water Canal Road, Korattur, Chennai - 600080, TamilNadu, India. MAPLE Block, Flat 412. During the agreement and even in the adverts, we were promised a modular kitchen, wardrobes and air conditioners along with that as part of an offer at that time. The modular kitchen was not provided at the time of possession. They provided a chimney and hob and they said this is what a modular kitchen is. Also, the apartment was promised to be a gated community. But they have only provided a physical security at the entrance and the blocks are not closed / controlled with keys / intercom. When we took possession of the flat, we signed the MOU with a clause that these 2 issues will be escalated to the management and they will respond to our query. Till date (almost 1 month), nothing has been done about this and the employees of Alliance Projects simply ignore my email. I would like to claim compensation for the false promises. Alternatively, I am willing to accept the issues being resolved.

Alliance group is fooling their customers as Gated Community(BougainVilla - Chennai) whereas it is has been gifted to Local body ( Panchayat) and they have blocked the roads for other layouts behind which is CMDA approved and sold by other developers.Really pissed off with this and this absolutely ridiculous, what you think people are fools?

I booked my house in the year May 2006 at Super city, Bareilly with a agreemnet to get the possession in 18 months with Alliance Builders and Contractors Ltd.. But till date 04.08.2012, i am still waiting for completion of my house.

I do not know what to do. can any body suggest??

I was allotted a semi build independent house by Alliance Builders and Contractors ltd in Mahanagar Phase II Utsav scheme in Jan 2009. I was assured that I would be given possession of house by 18 th Month. I also have the sale agreement of the same and the development agreement. I took a loan of 13 Lakhs from Bank for that. It has been three years since then and the house is not yet been handed over to me. The work on my house is too slow and every time I contact them they give me a possession date advanced by 3 to 4 months. This has been continuing for the last two years. The fate of other house allottees in the society is the same. I do not know what to do. The directors of the firm are also not coming on telephone. I am badly in debt because of this. Please help

This is Santosh Kumar, I have taken Consumer loan from Citi Financial, I received the settlement letter from the bank which states as under :
Early Pay of Letter:

We would like to inform you that your Loan Acoount number 9319921, stands complete. The agreement signed by you stands null and void.

"This is to confirm that upon receipt and clearance of Rs. 10, 416/- (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand Four hundred and sixteen only).

Accordingly I had paid Rs. 10, 416/- by cash on 28 - June 2008.
Clearance of this payment has also been acknowledged verbally by the customer care of the Bank as well as receipt (receipt no. 1272006). Already they have given me a receipt of No Due as well as clearance Receipt.of itself.

I have applied for a Personal Loan with Axis bank. I got a verbal notice from them saying that they were unable to process as my Alliance Group ( database that shows defaulters list) shows my name as a defaulter. I request you to look into this matter as to why my name is in defaulters list.

I want my name to be removed from defaulters list with Alliance Group /cbil or any other organisation that holds data. Since I have got the settlement done and payment has also been made, I request you to take immediate action in this regard.
