My Internet is down since last 3 hrs & local operator not even picking up the call. Is this the way you provide the service???
In last 2 weeks this has happened for 8th time. ALways it was down stating local issue for 10/12hrs a day. Is this a way we should provide the internet service???
Kindly look into this issue seriously.

Slow Download Speed And Fast Upload Speed
I have maximum of 20kb/s download speed. And on the other side my upload speed reaches sometimes around 2.0 to 2.5mb/s. So please solve my problem.
