Alliance — internet not working | |||||
Myself Prashant Raut one of the customer of alliance broadband services, having monthly package Rs. 1000/- My internet is not working since 12 June. After repeated calling to customer care and local serviceman of alliance, my is not resolved. They have taken service charge in advance. I have called them 3-6 times a day and continue. But all is in vein. Their customer care representative are very rude. I am feeling insulted many times. Please do the needful. My contact no is [protected] My recent docket no is 14153.
