Pathetic service & customer service. The customer service representative somali is horrible. She is treating the customer like hell. She is not ready to give any sla for for my issue. Also she is telling nobody can provide any sla from alliance. Pathetic customer service experience. No escalation desk available for complain. That why they talking like anything. I tried to dial [protected] number but it's network busy. I forgot to pay the bill. I'll pay tomorrow, but tomorrow is sunday, my connection is totally off, what can I do Please say me ?
