Alliance — Internet services disrupted due for negligence of service provider | |||
Dear Sir Myself Soumya Basak, a valuable customer of your alliance broadband internet networking with consumer no [protected]. I would like to inform you that my internet connection has been disconnected on 08.04.2021 so I have informed to local service provider "The Sky Link Communication" about this matter but unfortunately they have suggested to install optic fiber for own costing Rs 2000/- instead of old one do at this point of view as a customer why I will invest Rs 2000 more for getting reconnect of my network even pay monthly renewal charges.
