Alliance — Loss of services every day | |
Hurricane Amphan wreaked havoc and as a part of its consequences, alliance's service disruption was understandable and sympathisized with. But still doesn't explain why ever since every thing went back up, it has been customary to lose internet for atleast an hour during the working day, every day, for some inexplicable reason! With covid closures, working from home is the norm and a trustworthy internet connection in mandatory but alliance is just the opposite. You can trust them to drop your connection once around 3pm and once around 12am everyday. Hopeless! If you CALL TO complain, some robotic manic depressed sounding guy who sounds like he can off himself at a moment's notice just gives you the standard long form answer that work is being done and hangs up. Maybe you get a complaint number. That's it. This company is run by ##ing losers. I am done with them today and I am switching over to whoever the ## will have me before end of day today. ## Alliance. Was this information helpful? | |
