Alliance — money refund and irregular service | |
I, Anirban Patra, a user a Alliance Broadband..My Id- anirbanp_drm
It is a prepaid connection.But out of every 30 days I can use the internet connection only for 15 to 20 days.When I asked them to return my money they refused it.
This is going on month after month and they do not eager to improve their service..
