My locality is tollygunge fadi, kolkata-700033. the service provider of alliance here is charging 50/- extra for any bill plan as monthly basis. this is inappropriate. customer service executive says it is not their concern as the alliance broadband receive only the stated amount for every tariff plan. On the behalf of the company the service provider taking extra amount and the company says its not my concern. hence here is a serious issue that should be resolved asap. If not, legal action is only way to resolve thereby jeopardizing company's goodwill. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Inspite of paying for a package which claims to deliver a speed of 1.5 mbps at all times, I am constantly receiving speeds of less than 500kbps. I have the test results of a few internet speed tests to back my claims.
