A cheque was collected for new connection, i will told that in 24 hours service activation will be done. My kids and family was anxiously waiting for this. Till now there in no one turned up. I tried reaching agent multiple times but he didn't answer the call. When i tried reaching through other number he replied quite rudely. I am writing this to express my sheer displeasure and requesting immediate action. I need intervention by concerned team. I want to claim for refund and loss of today's connection. I had spend lot of amount to make calls abroad. I incurred 3k for the same. This amount should also be remitted.
