Alliance — no internet and their support team not responding

Hello, i am an alliance braodband connection user. For last few days te internet connection is not working properly and their customer support number ([protected]) is down. I am unable to reach any contact number given on their website and their support team at the time of installation. I want a refund for my package plan that i've paid for this month.

I am using alliance broadband in belda last 1 year. But 20 march, 2018 to to day there connection server down eveyday. Very worst broadband. Don't use anyone alliance broadband.

It has been 3 days since we are complaining about the issue of internet not working but we didn't get any response. They just keep on telling that they need more time. Moreover the customer cares aren't polite at all. This seems to be the worst service provider.
