Alliance — No internet connection | |||||
I am a new customer of alliance broadband. I have installed and started the connection for not even one month. User id: psen36_ssnpl Name: pallabi sengupta Ip address: 172.20.10.36/1 Package: premium+ I am getting no internet connection from 30th august, 2016 probably from 10:00 pm onwards. Till now, internet connection is shown limited. I have called in the toll free number[protected] repeatedly, but no response. I immediately request for the repair. If the matter is unsolved for more than 24 hours, i will ask for refund, or else i can go to the consumer forum. Hope to get a response soon from the site.
