My name is s. R. Sundih, my client no. Is[protected]. I have lodged complaint on 25.01.2019. I got docket no.17555. My local operator name is sumanto william. He is most irresponsible person. When any problem arises he switch off his mobile. I feel humiliate for his wrist behavior. I several times contact with customer in toll free number, but they do not even care to listen to my problem and carelessly inform me that my complaint has been noted.. At present i can not even contact the toll free number from my registered mobile number whether they block my number. At last i want to know when my problem will be solved.
