I am using alliance broadband starter plan [ RS 540].25 Mbps mention in alliance website.but i am not getting this.i am getting maximum 12 mbps.Also attach screen shot.See and solve it.I am waiting for your reply.i am using broadband almost 7 years.why its happen.our location many time internet is down
