Zapbytes is not providing router access to its customers due to which customers can't manage their bandwidth for which they are paying and anytime they block the internet bandwidth saying the customer has exhausted their limited for which they don't provide any kind of bandwidth utilization details. All the internet servce providers provide router web console access which is installed at customer premises so that they can manage their bandwidth on their own and also enhance security to avoid misuse of the said connection. However, for zapbytes connection since the admin password is not shared the customers do not have insight if their connection is even being misused by the vendor or their engineers. I have already written a mail to their directors as well mr. Ankur and mr. Ankit but they seemed not to care about their customers.
I, think every customer has full right to have admin access of the router which is installed at their premises to manage the bandwidth efficiently.
I am also going to raise a concern on this in the public grievance cell so that a strict action is taken against the isp. Was this information helpful? |
