Alliance — not resolving internet connection problem

Yesterday morning 8.5.17 i complained for not getting net connection at 9.37 a. M with docket no. 7247. From that time to till now i called several times to their customer care - every times they said that it will solved by local service provider - who was already informed by them. That local fellow named manas not bothered to pick up the phone.
I am doing online jobs - so who will compensate my loss?
Is it the service you people provide for customers?

I'm complaining about internet speed problem on my wifi. I got very slow speed net. Download speed is approx between 100kbps- 200kbps. Upload speed is also not good.
