Alliance — One of the worst internet service provider

Due to amphan we all had a problem but now it is almost 20 days or more than that the local operators are not picking up the calls and not even giving a text reply. And the customer care also fooling us by saying that we will resolve it by today or tomorrow but not exposing the exact reason what is really happening.
