This is to inform you that last 15 to 20days i am facing pack drop issue with my internet connection and i have inform local operator as well as your CCE but no solution comes to me. its very pathetic impression about your company. hope you will look into this matter. one more thing that your customer care executive and Resolver executive have so much attitude they dont have manner how to handled customer.
Note: why you dont have any senior contact number or mail address? where we can directly complain for such issue as well as share documented evidence.
