I experience frequent ping loss every night. I have to complain almost 3-4 days a week and the customer service provider assures me, every time, that my problem will be resolved soon, and closes the docket. But the same thing happens repeatedly. If this continues, i would have no alternative except for unsubscribing.
Also, at times, i cannot even contact the toll free customer care number. And if they do, sometimes they do not even care to listen to my problems properly and just casually and carelessly inform that my complaint has been noted. This type o[censored]nprofessional behavior is not expected from a broadband service provider of such reputation. Was this information helpful? |
