Alliance — Poor handling of customer calls | |||||
I went out of town last month on 4th of june 2016, so i said alliance not to recharge my tariff that day and i came vack at 13 so i asked on 12th june 2016 to recharge my tariff, but on 4th july yesterday i found out that my account has been suspended and i need to recharge my account n 4th of july 2016, i thought its a easy problem and i can say them their mistake and it would be back to normal so i called customer care who picker up the phone after many tries and the guy said "who do you pay money, not me, so dont ask me to listen to you" and after saying this he disconnected the call!!! if i was there i would slap in his face!! i am looking for a way to sue them for "maanhaani" case!!
