Alliance — Poor internet! | |||||
Hello, I am using alliance broadband since 9-10 months. Before 2-3 months the connection was actually good.. But I am facing some problems with this connection like high ping, heavy packet-loss and sometimes when I ping their gateway, ping comes accurate like 1 ms or 2 ms but the download speed stands on 1.26 kb/s and upload on .59 kb/s and for that, I am unable to use the internet at that moment(30-35 mins in every 3 hours)! And whenever they send technicians to solve the issue they use to check the cable properly, the ping thats it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
