[Resolved] Alliance — poor service from alliance support & local operator | |||
My username is db53_megh. Very poor service from alliance, in every couple of days i do face issue with my internet connection. I used to contact alliance support earlier but they used to forward the issue to the local operator and issue used get resolved for the day only and again next day the same issue. Then i started to contact local operator instead and again the same thing, issue solved for the day and next day same issue. This is what i am facing for last a couple of months. I called alliance customer care today and a representative picked up my call and created a ticket and within Next 15 minutes i got a call from an alliance tech person and asked me about whether i am getting ping or not and without listing anything he cut the phone as saying the issue is being forwarded to the local operator. My question is that i am facing the issue for last a couple of months, so is there any responsibility lies on you alliance people or operator? Don't you even bother listening to us before cutting the phone? Enough is enough. Poor experience with alliance. I will never use alliance again. Was this information helpful? | |||
