Alliance — poor service from local operator | |||||
Username - madhumanti_nmcn Such a poor service from alliance.in every 2 3 weeks some connection problem occurres. Alliance customer care says they forward this issue to local operator. Local operator says he doesn't get any information about issue from alliance. This happens everytime. I have to suffer without internet at least 2 days. If this will go on everytime i will cut the connection and want refund of installation charges. This is the worst customer service from any service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||||
