Today at about 1.13 pm I lodged a complaint about non availability of internet connection, docket no being 9407. Till this moment no one has visited my home to set it right.
Every Sunday and on holidays when the client needs the connection the most the local service provider, Dolon Communication by name, stops the connection. They do not care to take any phone call. When I complain to the Alliance helpline they promise to look into the matter but in vain. This has become a regular affair.
Last month also this thing happened.
This is purposeful violation of the customer's right to get pre paid service. Was this information helpful? |
