I have been a customer of your broadband service for around 5 years. I have received great service from your company. We all know that a super cyclone destroyed many of our states' government as well as private property but many companies (Broadband service) are doing there best to meet the need of the customer. It is very sad from my side that from 22nd of may i have tried many calls to reach you, to keep my problem to you but neither of your customer service is taking calls nor the local hub and also same with the local operator. Today is the 30th of may, still, my connection is not given. Money is not the factor but my work time that are disturbed and doesn't get any value is not coming back.
Therefore i request the service company to extend my pack termination date as per the days that are delayed. On this regard, i want you to improve and keep my request that i have made. Otherwise, i have to change my broadband connection and have to look for another one. Hoping for the best in future. Thank you.
