Alliance Research — fraud and deficiency of service

Dear sir/madam,
I was getting phone calls by a stock Advisory named Alliance Research from october regarding Stock trading and they were continuously asking me to buy their subscription package for equity and other trades on a regular baiss from october 2017.
i do have the messages sent by the worker of the company literally pleading me to pick his calls and subscribe the package from company eventhough i rejected the offer many times. despite this their calls never stopped and they continuously used to call me every day with a promise of good returns of 50-70k per month with an investment of 1lakh Rupees capital Every month if i subscribe to their packages.
after almost 2 Months of regular persuasion i finally agreed to buy the subscription on[protected] by paying 5900rs including GST.
Initially they asked me to subscribe to their HNI Calls package of 25k for which i should pay 5K as Advance and other 20k after few days when i start earning and making profits. after paying the 5k amount a personNamed ARIF told me that i should pay remaining 20k immediately otherwise my services would not start. i started getting their calls after i paid 20k + GST.
I started incurring Losses of 10k from the calls in first week itself without any profit.
I conveyed this to the company to the Person named ARIF who was the the one in touch of my account and portfolio.
Arif told me to subscribe me to a higher package of rs 1lakh from his senior Mr AYUSH. he introduced me to him saying that with him i will be earnin better.
i blindly paid 50k for the services again to the company account.
even ayush's calls started giving loss. i suffered a loss of 50-60k from ayush in 7-8 trading sessions.
By this time i had lost most of my capital thus i asked them to cancel my subscription and accordingly refund the remaining amount. ayush kept on saying that he would start giving me better calls to earn profits to which i flatly refused saying i can't incur more loss.
when i said i would a complained since am nit using any services and my subscription money is still with them they said do whatever u want and stopped pickin my calls and never answered me back to the texts.

I hereby request you to provide me remedy as i have paid 75k + GST to them and havent finished my services and also due to their guidance&calls i suffered 60k loss in stock market. i want them to refund me the subscription amount atleast if not the mooney lost by me in market and i no longer want to continue their services.
