Alliance Research — holding my services even though i have paid the amount

After paying the entire amount, they are persisting me to make payment of ₹15, 000 again. When i told mr. Akash of alliance research that i don't want that package and the package which i have chosen is sufficient, he is telling me that he is holding my services because i refused to take that package. Who the hell is he to stop the services when i have already paid ₹12390 for my package which includes both sms and verbal support which will end on 31st august 2019
