Alliance representatives first offer to buy the router on behalf o[censored]s. Then, within 8 months the router getts damaged and they say get it fixed by self. They do not even help with the details of where to get it repaired from. When you ask them, they say - we went to buy it because you asked us to and it is not our responsibility. I have had a router from the same company which worked for over 2 years. How do we know that the router they are purchasing are original? What kind of cheating is this?
