Alliance — The service | |||||
Hi, I am using Alliance Broadband for last 3.5 years. I am staying in Christian Para, Kestopur. The service is very poor for last 6-8 months and the connection is going on/off atleast 10-12 times a day. Also on many occassions service is totally off. While I complained to the local service provider, they are least bothered and they even so roughe that they are asking to disconnect the service and take some other connection. Is it the behaviour we are expecting from a service provider? This is really unprofessional attitude and requesting to look into this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
