Alliance — they obtained service charges with no service hence provided

The payment for the service was taken prepaid basis on the first of the month and yet the connection not working until the 14th june 2018 with their reply of of getting it upto working condition for more 4 days. My docket number is 15193 in the id of amanc_fc and the complaint was registered on 4th june2018 after the waiting of 4 days of not working. I want the repairing of the connection as creating an issue for around a fortnight was highly unexpected and the refund of the amount for the days service was unavailable and a compensation for the harassment that i have faced because putrescent service from a renowned service provider.

Updated by Chirag Dudheria They called and promised to fix the connection by Monday 18th June, i.e. today and they are not answering my call from my usual number and from another number they answered but with some reply of please wait for sometime. This is a total harassment and the compensation with good connection shall be provided immediately!!
