Alliance — Unsatisfactory technical support | |||
My broadband connection has not been working properly since Sunday afternoon and so I lodged a complaint at the local office on Monday. However, till today (friday) my connection is yet to be restored. I also lodged a complaint at Alliance office where they gave me complaint doc#5761. Nevertheless, still no effort from their end. All their technicians attend office between 11am to 5pm and so the office bearer asks me to somehow manage the situation because the technicians can't work beyond their time limit irrespective of my repeated requests. Additionally, these has been a regular practice where I have to wait for one week to get my connection repaired. Also, the technicians have no clue why the same problem occurs every month. The only reason I am still sticking with this filthy service because there is no other broadband service provider in the area. Their customer service is a shame for the service provider community where they ask the consumer to manage their time so that they can serve you. I am utterly awestruck at their audacity. It is Saturday and I called them and awaiting their incompetent technicians since 11pm. But still no sign of them. It is very frustrating as I find myself helpless at the hands of such irresponsible people.
