Alliance — Very poor after sales service | |||||
I am an alliance broadband user.I am from KOLKATA(24 PARGANAS_NORTH). since some month I am facing some speed issue, packet failure, peering speed.. I am using the starter plus pack at rs 580 and I feel the ISP is giving me the worse speed and torrent speed. ====================== STARTER Rs 500/Month Bandwidth: 1 mbps Happy Hrs 1AM to 8AM:Upto 2 mbps Peering :8 mbps Usage: Unlimited ====================== My local distributor and customer care executives r telling me that the highest torrent downloading speed for starter plan (580) given by alliance is 1.2mbps out of 8mbps.unfortunately, i am not getting 1.2 mbps, i am only getting a speed of max.350KBPS... Every time i do a 'Ping test' and on doing that with my default gateway IP (172.18.27.1) the result shows "Request timed out". They are heavy expert to make all FAKE promises to customers.Everytime I call the distributor either work is in progress or else After repairing the connection it stays few hrs and after that the same problem, and not only i ..every one is facing this problem.. In every month at least 10 days i did not have Internet connection...It really sucks...They are very much IRRESPONSIBLE, & their customer support is also very low quality.. We are paying fees for 30 days a month to get better service. Please look into the matter & provide a permanent solution...SHAME ON YOU(ALLIANCE)... Was this information helpful? | |||||

Their customer care is pathetic.They dont even answer your calls.The internet was down since last night.It came up this afternoon at 12.00 pm.The local ISP says we do not know anything call Alliance.Alliance does not answer the phone.I pay for 30 days in advance.If I am not able to use the service for 1 day they should compensate me for the same.
