Alliance — Very poor customer care. | |||
Their customer care is pathetic.They dont even answer your calls.The internet was down since last night.It came up this afternoon at 12.00 pm.The local ISP says we do not know anything call Alliance.Alliance does not answer the phone.I pay for 30 days in advance.If I am not able to use the service for 1 day they should compensate me for the same.I communicate with people living overseas at night and without giving any proper notification they switch the internet off.
