Alliance — Very poor internet connection since 3 months | |||
I'm using alliance broadband connection since December 2020 after I started working from.home (was already using in Kolkata for 3 years before lockdown). My client id [protected]. Since 7th February 2021 there have been very frequent internet issues for all users in this region like packet loss, ping loss, buffering issue, fiber break, some sites not opening, switch problem and n number of cases. We have been mailing continuously to Alliance team but ultimate resolution is 0. Me along with all other users in this region are unable to use flawless service. I being a working from home facing tremendous prblm in joining calls and performing day to day activities. As per my knowledge the issue started when number of services increased from Durgapur hub.
