I am experiencing very slow internet speed. I am using 100 Mbps connection plan and receiving around 5-15Mbps. Complained today at 10:45 AM and still now same issue.
I am also frequent disconnections 3-4 times in a week and complained regarding the same. Every time I get the same response "we are looking into it". Getting to customer care is also challenging. After 10-15 calls can reach customer care.
Inspite of repeated complaints, it stays the same. My client ID is [protected] and am on CRUISE+ package.
