Hello,
I have taken there star plan for 10 tickets in 21000 ruppes,
I used there 7 tickets and travelled also but after december 2017 when i was booking the ticket they were sending mail that your ticket not able to book due to inventory issue also they told they will refund the ticket money, i sent my bank acount detail to the alpfly in mail. They confirmed they will refund money. Its been 4 months and i didn't get anything. Sent mails multiple times but in response the are saying that refund is on process. But now they are not reciving calls and no response in mail.
As of now there is total 3 tickets refund pending but they are not giving also they are not picking the phones and not replying to that mail.
