I bought star one plan from alpfly by paying 41999 with offer of 10+5 tickets. But now they are not booking my ticket and not traceable. Even i try to trace their address in okhla but the premises is shutdown
I have already mailed several times for refund but they are not responding to my mail. Payment and booking screen shot is attached for reference.
