Alpfly Private Limited — not refunding my amount / fake promises / mental torture | |||||
I am registering below cases against Alpfly Private Limited please take necessary actions. 1) They are not refunding my amount. 2) Promised services not provided. 3) Harassment and Mental Torture I have purchased one Star Plan on 13th Nov, 2017 which is having 10 domestic air-tickets for any of my 5 family members valid till 1 year from date of purchase and it costs me Rs 31999. I just have to book my tickets 7 day prior and they will provide me confirmed tickets before 48hours. Attached are my payment details and policies they assured. On 18th Nov, 2017 I have booked 2 tickets from Jammu to Bangalore for my brother and his pregnant wife and journey date is 26th Nov, 2017. Attached are the booking details as well. So I was waiting for confirmed tickets but they not even provided it before 24 hours as per policy and keep saying it’s under process and at last moment started giving me new ideas to reach Bangalore via third party bookings they will do but I have to again pay for it. Because of their un-professional work I have to book again new tickets for my brother and his wife from goibibo which costs me Rs 26156 additional because my brother’s wife is pregnant and they have to reach Bangalore by anyhow. I have attached the mail communications as well and Jammu to Bangalore tickets booked from Goibibo. On 26th Nov, 2017 I raised a Full Amount Refund request and now it has more than 4.5months and they are keep saying it’s under process and also not committing any dates. Till now I think I called them more than 1000 times and they keep on saying we can’t commit any date our concerned department is working on it. I told them please share your Refund policy but they said we don’t have refund policy. Sir / Mam I am from a middle class family and I have done this payment from Credit cards and now I am paying interests to banks. Please help me.
