I have purchased star plan cost of 31999/ form alpfly private ltd but last 3 ticket didn't issue. Reference no. :61509package name :star planmember name :mr. Sandeep singh 1 ticket 22nd dec 2017 2 ticket 12th jan 2018 3 ticket 22nd jan 2018 As per company policy if ticket not provide they refund per ticket 3199/ with 10 days but not getting refund.
