I bought a p-you plan from alpfly private limited on 14th dec 2017. Due to their poor service, i requested for the refund of my plan within the time frame of the cancellation policy. The acknowledged my request and are always saying that it will be refunded soon, but it has started bothering me now. Its been a month since my request but they are not responding. Please take a serious action. I want a full refund. The services offered by alpfly are too poor to be trusted and they never respond. Its a fraud company.

Yes it’s a fact, even I am constantly following up with them and they keep saying a new date for the refund or make up some stupid excuse like the refund process is manual and is taking time etc etc

They have not given refund to any one till today.

I have filed the case against them in consumer court but it seems they have closed the company and not existing any more.
